Services & Outreach

Alongside research and teaching, I take part in the work that keeps the scientific community going. I was guest editor of a special issue of Nanomaterials, I have reviewed manuscripts for international journals since 2009, and I evaluate research proposals for several funding programs. At the Faculty of Physics of the University of Bucharest I am a member of the department council and of the examination boards for bachelor’s and master’s theses. I also enjoy sharing science with young people, through science fairs, summer schools and workshops at the Faculty of Physics.
